Region

Struct Region

Source
pub struct Region { /* private fields */ }
Expand description

A byte range start..end of the scratchpad.

Implementations§

Source§

impl Region

Source

pub const fn new(start: usize, end: usize) -> Self

The bytes start..end. Fails const evaluation (a compile error in a const) when the range is empty or runs past SIZE.

Source

pub const fn start(self) -> usize

First byte offset.

Source

pub const fn end(self) -> usize

One past the last byte offset.

Source

pub const fn len(self) -> usize

Length in bytes.

Source

pub const fn is_empty(self) -> bool

Always false: a region cannot be empty.

Source

pub const fn addr(self) -> usize

Absolute address of the first byte.

Source

pub const fn overlaps(self, other: Region) -> bool

True when the two ranges share a byte.

Trait Implementations§

Source§

fn fmt(&self, f: &mut Formatter<'_>) -> Result

Source§

impl PartialEq for Region

Source§

fn eq(&self, other: &Region) -> bool

Tests for self and other values to be equal, and is used by ==.
1.0.0§

fn ne(&self, other: &Rhs) -> bool

Tests for !=. The default implementation is almost always sufficient, and should not be overridden without very good reason.
