Write the channel’s RAM address register.
§Safety
The value arms the next transfer on ch: the caller takes on
super::start’s contract for whatever transfer later starts with it.
With the present-queue feature, a store to the GPU channel first
runs an armed direct-access guard (gpu::arm_direct_access_guard),
so it never re-arms the channel under a queued walk. Every GPU DMA
start, super::start included, goes through here.
