pub struct ProjectTripleInFlight();Expand description
In-flight RTPT kicked by start_project_triple; read
collects the three projected results.
Between kick and read the caller must not issue any other GTE op
or touch GTE registers; arbitrary scalar CPU work is fine and is
the whole point – it runs while the GTE projects. On the host
build the projection happens eagerly at kick and read just
returns it.
Implementations§
Source§impl ProjectTripleInFlight
impl ProjectTripleInFlight
Sourcepub fn read(self) -> [Projected; 3]
pub fn read(self) -> [Projected; 3]
Collect the projected triple.
MFC2 does not provide a general GTE-busy interlock: the console result in hardware-tests record 0xB0 disproved that older assumption for NCLIP/MAC0. This RTPT sequence is safe only if its first result is ready by the read issue point; v1.20 records 0xC4-C7 measure that exact window. Until silicon answers them, callers must not treat a short overlap as a guaranteed blocking wait.
