A GPU packet that can be linked into an ordering table as one DMA node.
crate::frame::OtFrame::add uses it to insert a packet without a
separate word count.
§Safety
The implementing type must be #[repr(C)] with 4-byte alignment and a
u32 tag word as its first field, followed by at least WORDS more
initialised u32s that form the packet’s GP0 payload. WORDS must not
exceed crate::chain::MAX_NODE_WORDS. The type must have no interior
mutability, so the payload cannot change while it is borrowed.
