Return whether a signed-integer AABB is outside any selected plane loaded by load_aabb_clip4.

Always inlined: renderers call this once per candidate face inside their selection loop, and as an out-of-line call it spent a third of its cycles on the call itself (two arrays by value plus the plane pointer).
