Classify a signed-integer AABB against four planes loaded by load_aabb_clip4.

clip_flags selects active planes in bits zero through three. Returns -1 when the box is fully outside any active plane; otherwise returns the remaining intersecting-plane flags after fully-inside planes are cleared. The GTE path computes the same unshifted signed Q12 dot products as six scalar MIPS multiplications per active plane.
