What the GPU shows: video standard, resolution, and where the picture sits in the TV signal.
A DisplayConfig is a plain value; crate::Gpu::new programs it at
reset and crate::Gpu::set_display reprograms it, so a “screen
position” option changes one field and calls one method instead of
repeating the arguments init was given.
