Run hardware-safe NCLIP while unpacking one aligned model-face record.

Runtime model faces already carry three vertex | uv << 16 corner words, with a two-bit palette selector in bits 14..15 of the first vertex word. The five register-only unpack instructions occupy five of NCLIP’s eight mandatory MAC0 result slots. No GTE input or result hazard is shortened.
